What are the best shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in product out there?

i don't know........ biosilk, nexxus, paul mitchell, john frieda, kerastase, something else, etc..........I want to try something new, especially to hydrate my dead ends but not make my hair greasy.....

I have straight, medium-texture hair that I blow dry...........suggestions?

What are the best shampoos, conditioners, and leave-in product out there?
I love the Garnier Fruitice product line!!
Reply:My hair is fine and straight. I use Ojon Revitalizing Mist (leave-in conditioner). It's light, smells good, and I can go without other product if it's a "lazy" day.
Reply:Mom bought me some Herbal Essences 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair baby soft. I LOVE IT!! You should try it and it smells delicious too! ;)
Reply:pantene pro v is the best i've tried for my damaged hair, i've been dying my hair about 10 different colors for about 7 years. if you want to go more expensive, use the biolage line, you can find that in salons.
Reply:I f you can spend the money, Pureology is the very best on the market. It is very good for dry hair and doesn't weigh it down. It is the best product for color treated hair also. Your color will not fade with this product. There is one shampoo and conditioner by Pureology that is called Nanoworks. It is the most amazing thing you will ever use on your hair. My hair had never felt better using this line. And I have very thin hair so I have to be careful what I use or my hair is limp. Good luck. You can only find this product in the salons or beauty supplies. It is the best!!!
Reply:A hair dresser friend of mine told me all hair products are the same basically. Her rule is to never use the same brand all the time. Dish soap works well to really deep clean hair and liquid fabric softener does the same job as cream rinse.

Most people wash their hair too often and that is why our scalps and hair dry out. It doesn't get a chance to restore it's natural oils, so we have to create a balance using hair products.

She's right about changing products because I'll use one I think is great, and switch to another brand when it's gone. Wow! Those new one's I get always seem better. (For a while, anyway)
Reply:I am using bio silk shampoo and conditioner and it has made my hair more silky.
Reply:REDKEN its the BEST. Their the experts on hair care. They have something for everyone. Well for your problem you could try Redken Clear Moisture they have a shampoo, conditioner, treatment and styling products. Also if its dry from color services or perms you could try their Extreme line with a shampoo, conditioner, and treatments. They also have some called All Soft. Its a little heavier though. All of these are wonderful. I know I have used them all. I also work in a Salon and have seen what they can do there. Also they don't cost a bundle. A shampoo and conditioner should only run between $20.00-$25.00 for both. The treatments are a little more but you can get like five for about $20. That will last like two months. I hope this helps. Also your hair sounds like mine straight medium texture and I also blow-dry and they don't weigh my hair down which is always a plus.
Reply:Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner is amazing! I have tried sooo many shampoos and conditioners and this is my absolute favorite! I have medium length wavy hair which could be on the frizzy side but this shampoo makes it so super soft and shiny! It's really great I highly reccomend it. It's $22 for each but it lasts a very long time, you only need to use a little bit at at a time. I don't use leave in products so I don't know about that...

Good luck finding something you like!
Reply:MATRIX
